The recent collaboration between J. Crew and Sophia Webster fills my shoe-loving heart with so much joy. Every single pair is just so beautiful! Wouldn’t you agree? Though not for the price sensitive – if you are willing to take the plunge – I think any pair of these would be “the shoes” that you just adore for years and years to come.

Sophia Webster has been an absolute favorite on my radar since she unveiled her first collection in 2012. Each pair by the designer is unique and whimsical and sexy.

Beautiful! Which is your favorite pair?

P.S. If you are willing to drop the cash (or credit) better do so quick – these styles are selling out at lightning speed!

The rucksack is a fun silhouette for fall when executed properly. I love these two designs above as they are a far cry from tacky mini backpacks and hold on to sophisticated elements I can appreciate. Specifically, the black leather and minimalist hardware which together create an understated handbag that is unique in its silhouette but functional in its design.

When it comes to handbags, are you the type to splurge on trendy pieces like this or on more iconic and timeless pieces like (in my opinion) the Givenchy Antigona or Gucci Soho? So when it comes to a handbag that is admittedly a “seasonal” piece, is it best to splurge or save? The Row bag on the left is absolutely stunning. But the $3900 price-tag can be a tough pill to swallow. On the right, Zara at a mere $179. Which is best?

The setting is a bit boring for these photos – I apologize – but had to get these done quickly as I was running out the door this morning. Don’t you just love this skirt? It’s by Haider Ackermann and I love the drapey feel and uneven hem. It’s actually a wrap skirt – it was quite complicated when I first slipped it on – but I just love how you can wear it with something as casual as a denim jacket and boots to make it a little less dressy. I know this would look gorgeous with heels and a tank for a date night too! The rest of this look is staples that I’ve had for ages.

In other news, I’ve reached over 12,300 followers on WordPress! Unbelievable! I love getting each of your “likes” and comments on my blog! You guys make blogging so much fun for me! XOXO

Really feeling a black and white palette this morning. Don’t you just love how crisp and clean it looks? Even on a pair of sneakers, there is a certain formality to it that creates such a polished look. I am naturally drawn to these colors in silks, leathers, and mixed like that beautiful Haider Ackermann coat and those Veronika Maine pants. What do you guys think of this palette?

1. Topshop leather top; 2. Veronika Maine Dandelion pants; 3. Stephen Webster necklace; 4. Mango drop waist dress; 5. Haider Ackermann wool blend coat; 6. Saint Laurent two-tone penny loafers; 7. Givenchy Antigona bag; 8. Ganni Lavish blouse via Need Supply; 9. Nike Thea sneakers

Yes, Please.

Spotted these Sophia Webster heels on one of my favorite bloggers, Gary Pepper, and was just so taken with them! Though crazy expensive for a pair of heels, it’s always fun to daydream a bit isn’t it?

How would you wear these?
