today’s closetcast: dressed for a chill 
Slipped on my favorite bell bottom jeans for a little 70s revival for Thursday. Got these jeans ages ago, but I’ve always loved the fit and style. Plus J. Brand are my favorite brand of jeans – I wear them almost religiously.

Some of you may remember this post … while I did end up getting these amazing pumps, they came in the wrong size – and by the time I returned them for an exchange, poof!, they were gone. Needless to say, I am still on the hunt, as I refuse to give up. If any of you lovely readers see them out on the street in say a size 38.5 or 39 (I’m usually a 38, but these run really small and need to size up), give me a holler!! XOXO

today’s closetcast: bundled up 
Snapped these shots as I took a stroll downtown to do some holiday shopping. It has been SO COLD these past few days, I haven’t really wanted to snap any pics – let alone walk outside – so I apologize for the lack of posts this weekend.
The jacket is pretty much the warmest thing I own, but I need to get the suede weather-treated so I can wear it in any weather.

Heatwave
today’s closetcast: staying cool 
When it gets this hot, even by the beach, getting dressed for work is dictated by comfort and ease. Hence this oversized white blouse and my trusty J. Brand jeans. Just to make sure I don’t look too casual, I wear a pair of heels and some glitzy necklaces to dress it all up. Rumor has it the weather is supposed to cool off… yay!

today’s closetcast: obsession 
J Brand’s GORGEOUS new Fall Ready to Wear collection (now available!) is really catering to my need for neutral as the brights of recent spring and summer lines start to get a little tiresome. Really digging the military elements mixed in with chiffon, silk, fur, oversized knits and leather…. pretty much everything I love compiled into a gorgeous autumn wardrobe!!
