today’s closetcast: fitted and chic
Comfortable look for a beautiful day. The top is from H&M last year, suede and cropped. It’s not really a mystery that I am drawn to suede, I have so much of it in my closet. It’s just a fun material to mix with unexpected textures. Here, the texture mix is not particularly unusual, but the cardigan, flats and skinny ankle jeans take away from the typical western aesthetic that suede projects. Picked up another pair of the Madee slippers from Steve Madden, but this time in black suede. They are so comfortable and are perfect when you still want to look put together, without wearing heels.
